The large (17.7" W x 13.0" D) platform includes "acupressure bumps" that can be used to gently massage the feet, obviously when not wearing footwear. This platform is height adjustable to one of 3 height settings - 4.5", 5.8", and 6.3", and is also free floating at each height setting, accommodating the desired angle at the ankle.
